You'll learn the full Coeur method from the inside out: movement science, precise cueing, thoughtful programming, and the confidence to hold a room. Every trainee is seen, corrected, and mentored.

Our 200-hour comprehensive certification brings the whole method together: reformer, mat, movement principles, and anatomy, in a single, cohesive education.
Reformer
The heart of the Coeur studio. Master reformer repertoire, spring theory, and sequencing for group and private settings.
Mat
The classical foundation. Learn the mat repertoire and how to build a strong, portable practice that stands on its own.
Movement Principles
The why beneath the what. Breath, alignment, control, and flow: the foundational principles that make teaching intuitive.
Anatomy
Functional anatomy and movement science: how the body actually moves, and the foundation every good cue is built on.
