The apparatus
Not a reformer. A four-poster frame strung with springs, bars, straps and a trapeze, the most versatile tool Joseph Pilates ever built.
Where the reformer glides, the Cadillac suspends, lifts and resists. Its raised canopy lets you decompress the spine, hang in full inversion, and find ranges of motion the mat and reformer simply can't reach. It is part strength training, part mobility ritual, part play.
