A Coeur first
The Cadillac.
Orange County's first group Cadillac studio is open, on Quail Street in Newport Beach. Classes run daily — book any one of them below.
The apparatus
Not a reformer. A four-poster frame strung with springs, bars, straps and a trapeze, the most versatile tool Joseph Pilates ever built.
Where the reformer glides, the Cadillac suspends, lifts and resists. Its raised canopy lets you decompress the spine, hang in full inversion, and find ranges of motion the mat and reformer simply can't reach. It is part strength training, part mobility ritual, part play.
Under the Coeur name, with Coeur instruction: a new way to move in the same considered hour.

Decompress
the spine.
The overhead frame and trapeze let you lengthen, hang and invert, releasing the spine in ways the floor never allows.
Strength,
measured.
The push-through bar and leg springs scale from gentle assistance to serious load: rehab to athletic, in one apparatus.
Ranges you
can't reach.
Supported, full-range movement that opens hips and shoulders and builds control through the very ends of your range.
What to
expect.
Small groups, expert eyes, and an apparatus that rewards attention.
